Since 1989, founders John Davis, a seasoned stylist, and Lotte Davis, a designer & entrepreneur, have combined their expertise to create clean, sustainable hair care before it was mainstream.

John's focus has always been on using high quality ingredients to create products that perform. Lotte's design approach, inspired by simplicity and natural beauty, reinforced the clean formulas inside. 

With the belief that "giving back is the reward for our success", Lotte founded the charity One Girl Can in 2008, to create generational change for girls in Kenya.
